@tameside321 @loveholidays they have offered a comparable hotel, it's just i was travelling with friends for a big 50th celebration and they all booked through On the beach so they are not affected. They'll all be celebrating somewhere else and we will be on our own☹️☹️☹️

@SarahBuchanan10 @loveholidays Have you bought a multi contract holiday? Seperate flight & hotel? They're supposed to offer a comparable product for the hotel. If you can prove it's not comparable as per T&C's you might challenge them. Alternatively fly out on your paid flight and pay for the hotel you want?

I am so upset with @loveholidays who have ruined my 50th birthday celebrations. I've booked into a hotel in Turkey where my friends have also booked for us to celebrate together. @loveholidays have moved me to a different hotel and i can't get a full refund. please help!

@tameside321 @loveholidays It's so upsetting, all my friends are staying in my original hotel for a big birthday celebration, there's absolutely no point in me going. my daughter won't have anyone to hang around with so she will be miserable. i am so sad about it.

@SarahBuchanan10 @loveholidays They don't care. My holiday's in three weeks. They say my hotel's affected by the insolvency of one of their own companies. But I can still book and pay for it if I go on their website. So why can't they rebook my accommodation with the new bed bank? Very suspicious.
