Focus sur les bassins « hydrographiques » 🤝En France, la gouvernance de l’eau est multi-acteurs (publics, privés, mixtes…) et multi-échelles. _____ La gouvernance est divisée en 12 bassins « hydrographiques » : 7 en France métropolitaine et 5 en Outre-mer. 🌄🌊 Un bassin « hydrographique » est une zone géographique délimitée par des montagnes ou collines, où les eaux de pluie et de fonte des neiges s'écoulent vers un même cours d'eau principal. La politique de gestion de l’eau française s’organise autour de ces bassins. _____ Pour chacun des 12 bassins hydrographiques, il existe 2 instances centrales : · Les comités de bassin : ils décident des grandes orientations dans le cadre des politiques 🇫🇷 et 🇪🇺 de l’eau. · Les agences de l’eau, telles que la @Seine_normandie.
