Today, Amal Clooney filed a groundbreaking lawsuit in a US federal court against French conglomerate Lafarge. She represents over 400 Yazidi-Americans, including @NadiaMuradBasee, suing Lafarge for conspiring to provide material support to ISIS while they committed genocide against Yazidis. Lafarge paid millions of dollars to ISIS and another armed group in violation of U.S. law. Amal Clooney said "We hope that this case will send a clear message that supporting terrorists cannot be ‘business as usual’ and that there will be justice for the victims".
