Off to @NSPCC_Cymru for a packed couple of days with volunteers and staff. Took me over two hours to get into London and missed my train but will still be in good time for our @SeneddWales event later this morning

Today is #WorldMentalHealthDay, and today’s theme is Mental health as a Universal Human Right. We must remember that this right includes babies, children, and young people- they cannot continue to be neglected.
