Major lessons from both is about empowering people to have courage and passion with what they do, and who they are. Leaders have an obligation to help others do this and to stand up for inappropriate behaviours.

Kindness is free, not everyone has someone, remember Some people have more companionship in work. Being Caring and compassionate is so important, be the person who demonstrates these strengths and reach out to someone who is looking for someone to listen to them
