@vespertine77 This was Feb 27 at the stationhouse. A waiver of Miranda rights, pursuant to Edwards v. Arizona "must not only be voluntary, but must also constitute a knowing & intelligent relinquishment or abandonment of a known right or privilege.." This was not the case for Brendan.
