Chronic pain is not conducive to productivity. Lack of income means lack of comprehensive healthcare. It’s a vicious cycle. What’s the best option? Getting into debt and hope its worth it? Or just carry on and hope for the best?

Some good news this morning. Rosie has come home, a bit dirty and a lot hungry but OK!

New fires keep popping up all around the villages. The land is still so hot!

The extent of the fire, we live in Bemposta. It burnt 11,400 acres of land.
