Doctors, let’s stop saying to patients “ you failed this treatment “. As my dear friend @DrNadiaChaudhri who is heroically fighting stage 3 ovarian cancer stated when she was repeatedly told she failed ”it led me down a dark path”. Patients don’t fail. Treatments fail them.
