@LouiseM71039571 @E92Amy @passportwaiting We were to fly tomorrow with jet2. So 48 hours before we had option to move it but had to pay an amendment fee to do so. Sons passport is coming Friday. Here's my timeline on that one.

@E92Amy @passportwaiting I've just had Bootle send approval of my sons renewal. Docs received 29.9.21 @ 09:08. Still awaiting Peterborough Docs received 1.10.21 for my daughter. All too late for us to have gambled; had to move our holiday as deadline was yesterday.

@passportwaiting Has anyone had a child renewal accepted today with 28/9 documents received around 2.52pm I’m waiting on my daughters 😔 I’m guessing it was Bootle as that’s where I sent her old passport

Has anyone been able to go and collect their passport once printed??

@nataliemannion2 @passportwaiting @HM_Passport I'm with jet2 and it's going to cost me £150 per person to move, but I'd rather do that than lose it all, and so we can all still go together. So we can move it up to 48 hours before. Check with you holiday company and see what they say, you never know.

@SarahSurbey @passportwaiting @HM_Passport are you able to change dates ? i thought once it was booked and paid for then I would loose my money ?

@nataliemannion2 @passportwaiting @HM_Passport I hope it works out for you 🤞. I think I'm going to have to move my holiday if I don't see passport printed and sent on Monday for my sons at least. Last day to change it or lose it all.

@nataliemannion2 @passportwaiting @HM_Passport Oh no! I'm the same, my sons 'may" come before my daughters (few days difference as ay different offices) and she has said to go without her if it does. Heartbreaking as its supposed to be a family holiday.

@SarahSurbey @passportwaiting @HM_Passport Awww thanks Sarah , ive tried but had nothing back at all , it doesn't look like its even been opened , I just don't know what to do my lads heart broken but doesn't want us to not go as my partners never been abroad before , its a horrible feeling this.

@passportwaiting please can someone get in touch at all or advised me who I can talk to mine has been saying the application is being processed for 4 weeks now , we go next Thurday my little lad is heartbroken , if I can do anything at all to speed it up id be grateful

@Paulcrellin7 @passportwaiting That's such good news, at least it will be a stress free holiday.😀 I've been told I'll have to pay £150 per person amendment fee to move mine. Jet2 holidays family of 4... better than losing over 3 grand.

@passportwaiting I’ve managed to amend my holiday free of charge 😬 so happy!!! Honestly thought £4500 was going down the drain!! Shame the family can’t go Tuesday but we can 13th December!! Passports should be back by then!!

I might have to do that as supposed to fly 21s, so I fear my passports will not be back on time now. Can do it 48 hours before, costs a fee but better than losing the full cost..

@SarahSurbey @KellyRoToBo123 @eliza71107 @passportwaiting There the same dates as ares 2 went to bootle and 1 Peterborough were suppose to be going next Tuesday. I’ve tried everything even my local MP which did try. This country is a joke!!! Can’t help us at all!!! £4500 we’re going to lose

Recieved old passports at Bootle 29.9.21 for one and Peterborough 1.10.21 the other, even though signed for and recieved 24th. Guy on phone said we'd be lucky to get anything back in 9 days. So we will also lose our holiday. 😣

Has anyone been able to collect printed passport from the offices for quickness? Do you have to book or just turn up?
