@ESBEVSolutions It’s now been 4-weeks since I used one of your chargers and I’m still waiting for a refund of £29.99 that you took out my bank account for a £4 charge. 3 phone calls and 3 emails has not made any difference. Please advise who I can escalate this too?

Absolutely shocked and disgusted that @virginmedia would disconnect my 93 year old Dads landline phone due to him not having the internet. No notification, no written notice and he is now left with no way of contacting his daughters 😡#poorcustomerservice

@Sarah_Farrow1 All customers would receive a letter several weeks in advance, providing them with the necessary adapter along with their local switchover date. Did your father receive this do you know? ^ZR

@virginmedia Yes that’s correct. Can you explain why he wasn’t informed about this and why he has been cut off and what you have in place for pensioners that don’t want or have a broadband router?

@Sarah_Farrow1 Can you expand a little further, Sarah? Are you referring to the switchover where the landline service is provided via a broadband router? This is something that's being gradually rolled out across the UK by all service providers. ^ZR

@virginmedia We have already spoken to your very unsympathetic customer services. My Dads landline has been disconnected without prior notice due to you now insisting all your customers have internet. A 93 year old pensioner does not want or need the internet
