@IDFCFIRSTBank @nitin_gadkari I made a complain to IDFC first bank fastag on that day dated 01.05.2026 and uploaded all necessary document dispite this Idfc blocked my fastag due to negative balance of that wrong debit but there is no response in subject to my complain

@IDFCFIRSTBank @nitin_gadkari while my car is in at my own house in unnao and my vehicle is not travelled anywhere for said date. I am surprised how that amt debited from my fastag account without journey on said date and karanpur toll. This is requsted to you please look into the matter and do the needful.

@IDFCFIRSTBank @nitin_gadkari This is inform to you I have a Hyundai Aura car registration no UP35BJ1687. I recieved a message of my idfc first bank fastag debit amt of Rs. 905 on dated 01.05.2026 at 6.05 am for crossing karanpur toll plaza at 12.03 am on dated 01.05.2026
