EL PASO, CALIFORNIA: New-Shocking and disturbing footage shows the chaotic moment when El Paso Police Department (EPPD) officers were attempting to arrest woman with Autism Spectrum Disorder.. 28 years old woman had no idea about a warrant stemming from an earlier incident with her acquaintance.. in the footage it shows two officers restraining her. She's seen resisting arrest while talking to her mom who is recording everything unfolding. Woman reported being tased three-times and beat up (punched) by the officers. In the video it's clear that woman was resisting arrest while being given direct orders.. however, it's the reaction that officer Tavera had when she asked for his badge number that has many second guessing his justification for such use of force
