New paper from our lab on genome-scale analysis of interactions between genetic perturbations and natural genetic variants. Congrats on the nice work, Joe! Great collaboration with the @SashaFLevy and @LarsMSteinmetz labs. nature.com/articles/s4146…

Lots of cool findings, including the identification and characterization of hub loci that control the phenotypic effects of many perturbations. Here's the pdf: rdcu.be/dIi8e

It uses genomic double barcoding to assay for interactions between genetic perturbations and segregating genetic loci at a massive scale.
