@Abandon3dRain i haven’t seen my therapist in a few months sadly. due to having issues with my papers rn i can’t legally change my therapist for another near the city im living in. so it’s very far for me to go :c but i will soon hopefully <3 i definitely need a change in dose t.t

@SashimiFeast I know your on medications but do you see your psych or therapist regularly? :0 sometimes meds alone sadly do not help with these conditions as well as a combination of meds with therapy. And sometimes one medication loses effectiveness over time or needs a change in dose

this is sad but art is the only thing that’s keeping me alive. i literally have like 1 friend who checks up on me regularly. my family is absent and has always been. it’s difficult moving abroad and being alone. i feel invisible in every aspect of my life.

@SashimiFeast Entiendo bien lo que te pasa por que tambien el arte es como un refugio para mi y si te hace feliz aferrate a eso para evitar sobrepensar demasiado. Tambien recuerda que no estas solo y seguro le importas a alguien

but i don’t know what else to do about it. its just delusions but it’s VERY difficult to separate them from reality and convince myself that it’s not like that. i’ve suffered being an outcast since i was little but its always on me to learn to trust again. its so tiring

also paranoia is killing me slowly. im obsessed with certain thoughts, like for example, that everyone around is plotting against me, or hate me, or are trying to hurt me in any way when i give attention and kindness but i don’t get any in return. and i do take my antipsychotics
