Ever since the treatment of metabolic acidosis was shown (in mostly open label and/or Italian studies) to slow the progression of CKD I have see more and more people treating respiratory alkalosis with sodium bicarb. Don't do this.

Had a video appointment with a doctor at Medanta at 9am for my gravely I’ll nephew. No show so far at 10:30am. They didn’t even call . No respect for others time. Rude, careless and lack of compassion. FYI : I am a physician as well.

It's been a brutal sell off of big tech and the semis but there are so many non-tech stocks that are getting very attractive
