@BuckshxtLariat @M1ntyRetr0 Only to Penta and it’s been explained to him that Penta is a merchandise machine which benefits Miro and everyone. Difference between Aew and wwe, wwe there is an actual business strategy when pushing talent which benefits all

@M1ntyRetr0 @BuckshxtLariat Benjamin took the pinfall, with loads of outside interference. It’s pretty obvious Bobby won’t job to anyone. WWE guys like Lashley and Miro are real tough athletes they out of respect for themselves won’t job Indy gymnasts.

(1/2) A few notes on what this chart is and is not. This is not total AEW PPV buys. It is not audited YouTube sales data. It is not carrier-level reporting. It is a YouTube-only working model comparing two inputs: free YouTube Zero Hour / pre-show views vs. reported peak live viewership on the paid YouTube PPV stream. Those are different metrics. Free pre-show views measure the public YouTube funnel. Paid peak live viewers measure the highest number of paid YouTube viewers watching simultaneously at one point during the live PPV stream. Peak live viewers are not total purchases. Total buys can be higher because viewers may join late, leave early, watch on delay, buy replay access, or otherwise not watch concurrently. That is why the chart uses 1.3x, 1.5x, and 2.0x multipliers against the reported paid peak to create a range of possible YouTube purchase estimates. For the clean comps shown: Double or Nothing 2025 May 25, 2025 ~215K free pre-show views ~6.6K reported paid YouTube peak ~3.1% peak-to-pre-show rate ~8.6K / ~9.9K / ~13.2K estimated YouTube buys All In Texas 2025 July 12, 2025 ~501K free pre-show views ~9.6K reported paid YouTube peak ~1.9% peak-to-pre-show rate ~12.5K / ~14.4K / ~19.2K estimated YouTube buys Forbidden Door 2025 August 24, 2025 ~320K free pre-show views ~5.2K reported paid YouTube peak ~1.6% peak-to-pre-show rate ~6.8K / ~7.8K / ~10.4K estimated YouTube buys WrestleDream 2025 October 18, 2025 ~144K free pre-show views ~1.6K reported paid YouTube peak ~1.1% peak-to-pre-show rate ~2.1K / ~2.4K / ~3.2K estimated YouTube buys Full Gear 2025 November 22, 2025 ~276K free pre-show views ~1.7K reported paid YouTube peak ~0.6% peak-to-pre-show rate ~2.2K / ~2.5K / ~3.4K estimated YouTube buys Double or Nothing 2025 appears to be the outlier in this chart, at least on the YouTube layer. That could be real, or it could reflect a bad input, a different viewing pattern, a mislabeled count, a stronger YouTube-specific audience, or something else in the distribution stack. Please double check that one in particular and send anything correctable. One added wrinkle: Double or Nothing was May 2025, which made it the third AEW PPV available transactionally through Prime Video’s point of sale. Revolution in March was first. Dynasty in April was second. Double or Nothing in May was third. That matters because by then, Prime was no longer theoretical. It was an active competing purchase path inside the stack. That could mean some consumers were still defaulting to YouTube out of habit, that Prime had not yet meaningfully changed purchase behavior, that Double or Nothing had a stronger YouTube-specific buyer base, or that the reported YouTube peak is picking up something unique to that event. Max is another important timing point. The first AEW PPV available transactionally on Max / HBO Max was All Out on September 20, 2025. That means Max could not explain YouTube behavior for Double or Nothing, All In Texas, or Forbidden Door. But it could affect the stack after September 20. We have two cleaner post-Max shows in this chart: WrestleDream and Full Gear. WrestleDream was October 18, 2025: ~144K free pre-show views, ~1.6K reported paid YouTube peak. Full Gear was November 22, 2025: ~276K free pre-show views, ~1.7K reported paid YouTube peak. That does not prove Max took those buyers. It does suggest that once Max became part of the transactional stack, YouTube may have become an even smaller purchase path relative to the free YouTube funnel. That would make intuitive sense. Max was the in-ecosystem Warner/HBO destination, Prime was already active, PPV.com remained available, cable/satellite remained available, and YouTube was just one more point of sale. So the possible buyer-behavior read is not complicated: as more familiar or strategically promoted purchase paths entered the stack, buyers may have fragmented away from YouTube. That is not a conclusion. It is a modeling question.

@BuckshxtLariat @M1ntyRetr0 He won’t, he already refused to job to swerve an DC rightfully should have since it was his first match but since then they’ve totally kept him away from any singles feud. Pretty obvious Tony does not want any sort of confrontation

@Noahgilberto19 Who put them together 😂 wwe put them. If they were two regular wrestlers on the Aew roster having never been in wwe they’d be jobbers period like butcher and the blade probably with different partners.

@RateWork The PPv model is dead. They’re better off excluding it and just build everything on tv themed events to Monthly specials either if Wednesday or a Saturday big show to up ratings. Gives a better impression of the product to the masses. Most won’t pay $50

There’s something people need to remember about AEW. They go all out on the pay per views but mail in the weekly shows. This will never change and makes it hard to bring in new fans.

Rank these young wrestling stars from 1-4 in terms of who has the most potential and who YOU build a company around… • Oba Femi • Bron Breakker • Kevin Knight • Kyle Fletcher My take… 🗣️ ⬇️ 1- Oba Femi. Not really close for me. The guy has everything you need to be THE GUY for years to come. 2- Kyle Fletcher. Has me blocked on here but no bias for me! Haha. Great in ring, quality on the mic, and he knows who he is. 3- Bron Breakker. Freak athlete, but needs to slow down sometimes. When he puts EVERYTHING together he’s gonna be a force. 4-Kevin Knight. Of this group, he’s the clear fourth pick imo. Outside of in ring he’s not clicking for me.. yet. Maybe the heel turn helps, who knows. #WWE #AEW #WWERaw #AEWDON

@MikeGilbert311 You can only recycle talent so many times. They’ve done two or three face and heel turns and feuded with everyone and had different managers along the way. Still Tony will retain for the sake

FTR's next step is interesting to me, because while I expect them to stay in AEW, I would get if they go to WWE to have a top run there I think if they re-sign with AEW in 2028, they should actively accept that they would need to move down from being THE top team. They have done everything they can do in AEW has a Tag Team - 3x AEW Tag Champ, ROH, IWGP, AAA Tag Champ.. While they are obviously an outstanding team, I think it would help AEW's Tag Team Division that they push new teams on the top of the division. Them & The Bucks are basically told and that's okay. They have different strengths and you are actively seeing that with the Bucks right now! FTR will likely move in a similar position if they are staying, where they will be relevant, but used to put over teams in the end I assume FTR will get a trios title run soon. It's the only thing they haven't done yet as a team that would make sense to do

@FindXSnowflakes @nicklopiccolo More than half that ppv money goes to the distributor. The ratings are so bad so it’s likely that 185 mill is incentive based on performance and they don’t clear all that.

Can anyone confirm these are the correct Wrestling Observer PPV buy estimates for AEW’s 2024 PPVs? I’m trying to make sure I’m using the actual number of ppv buys Meltzer claims for each event. Crowdsourcing verification is easier than digging through his old posts.

Similarly, can anyone confirm these are the correct Wrestling Observer PPV buy estimates for AEW’s 2025 PPVs? I’m trying to make sure I’m using the numbers Dave actually claims for each event before I compare them against the Triller lawsuit math.

This sort of post is embarrassing. When did AEW ever have claim of New York? That’s been a WWE town for 60 years. AEW runs there 2 times a year lol. Maybe Ibou should go get ignored by Tony Khan at a show again
