Update: Eric Zafra Grosso - charged with assaulting a Rabbi on his way to synagogue while shouting "F*ck Jews" - failed to appear in court on Monday.
The Queens DA requested $40,000 bail, but the Judge denied it and released him under supervised release.
He has now skipped court, and a bench warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Queens NY: Eric Zafra-Grosso has been arrested and charged with assault after he attacked a Rabbi who was in his way to Synagogue in Forest Hills on Holocaust Remembrance Day. NYPD says the victim was punched in his chest & face by Zafra-Grosso, who also hurled antisemitic comments.
