For week three of #NationalSafetyMonth, our project teams held a Safety Standdown focused on Ladder Use. We must approach ladder safety with the seriousness it deserves by conducting inspections, ensuring proper ladder placement, and strictly adhering to weight capacity limits.

Ladders are an essential tool utilized by most of our trade partners but are also the leading cause of deaths on construction sites. When ladders are defective and/or used improperly they can quickly expose the worker to a fall. #nationalsafetymonth #construction #satpon
