Huge update 🙌 But this might be the biggest news of the year (decade?) for me I’m so grateful to share that I’m now a dad of 3 👶👶👶 My wife just gave birth to twin baby boys today (she’s safe and healthy!) It’s been a miracle to watch this unfold With Neil (our 3 year old), I can run an accelerator program/ cohort at our own home now 😅 Grateful all around!🙏❤️ (Twins pics and names coming soon)

Here is a conversation with one of our users. He was curious why @recast_studio pricing is higher than Descript's even though we have fewer features. I tried to explain why and they initially chose Descript. Plot twist: He returned and upgraded to our paid plan two days later! 💪

I bought a MacBook Pro along with @Apple Care on 2nd March from @RelianceDigital It's been more than 2 months, but Apple Care has not been activated. I called the store several times. Sent mail to support (ref: 701209718). Yet no resolution. What to do next? @AppleSupport

What happened yesterday pushed me over the edge... I try not to tweet about such lapses but the inefficiency yesterday was mind-blowing! And I'm sure I was not the only one at the receiving end of a terrible experience. There are several who've replied to the thread with similar experiences. And there would be 1000s more who don't know how to voice their bad experiences. The point is, @zomato & @dominos_india are both not serious about customer service & support. Zomato especially is happy tweeting about how they're having an amazing day as they crossed the highest orders in a single day. While actually, they failed to deliver a good customer experience on a day it matted most. This spike in demand could well be anticipated. The expected delivery time is there for a reason, you can't show random numbers there just to get maximum orders & then keep them waiting for hours for their food after finally not delivering it and marking it delivered! Can it get any worse than this?! @deepigoyal does this deserve to be a story you tweet out. @zomatocare didn't care to respond until 12:37 AM the next day, great support there👏🏻 If this service was given by any other restaurant than the big boy "Dominos" Zomato would be quick to off board them from the platform. But since they're helping them rake in those numbers that @deepigoyal could brag about on social media, it's all good. I want to remind the management that they're a publicly listed company, and that comes with a responsibility which Zomato & Domino's clearly don't take seriously. Indian consumers have faced such situations many times. Many top Indian startups have nothing to show in the name of customer support, they're very casual about it because they think they'll get away with it. It's time the consumer voices their concern publicly, take them to court & most importantly the Department of Consumer Affairs (@jagograhakjago) has strong rules for consumer facing companies to uphold. If you've had a bad experience with Zomato or any consumer facing company where their support was very casual, please write your experience in replies and reshare this post. It's time consumers take a stand for themselves!

The customer support & service of @zomato is pathetic to say the least! Ordered from Domino's 30 mins back, expected delivery time showing 30 mins. Right now (30 mins passed) the expected time shows 24 mins (screenshot attached). I want to cancel the order but wait Zomato has held my money for ransom as there a 100% cancellation fee while trying to take a moral high ground of "avoiding food waste" while the real reason is inefficient systems. I'm well aware it's mother's day and there will be lots of orders, but that could well be communicated in expected delivery time before I place the order. Now when I'm trying to contact support chat, there's no option to "chat" but just send pre-suggested texts. Absolute shitshow by @zomatocare Zomato doesn't deserve to be part of special moments of families, a great marketing team for nothing to show in the name of product, service & support. Glad I sold my Zomato stock long back!
