The CSR said that the counters were supposed to open at 5am, which was 42 mins ago. He also stated that there was not a direct line here for him to call. If he has a number, there would be no one here to answer anyway.

@Hertz there is no one at either O'Hare check-in counter and I cannot select my vehicle through the app. I called customer service and they basically said there is nothing they can do and I just have to "wait a little longer"

@westseattleblog downed tree Westbound SW Edmunds Street in front of Elan 41 apartments. SDOT was notified around 16:45 and stated they would get a crew there as soon as possible.

I can't sleep. I've been scrolling back through discord conversations with @yourealmostcool and I am so sad that he felt suicide was the way to ease his pain. I wish he would have reached out to his friends so we could have helped ease the burden.
