Yoga is not about the shape of your body but the shape of your life. Yoga is not to be performed, yoga is to be lived. Yoga doesn't care about what you've been. It cares about the person you are becoming. The purpose of yoga is to bring you back to yourself. #ThursdayThoughts

Ego is not the demon it is made out to be. It is just an identity you use to function in world. The problem arises when you get identified with this identity. And then you have to protect this identity no matter what. But you are not IT! You are you. #WednesdayWisdom

Find out who you are, then take it a step further. Come home to yourself. Don't judge, don't beat yourself up. Embrace yourself as you embrace the old but super cosy duvet in your bed. Change what you want but only coz it can be changed, not coz you can't live with it.

It is extremely liberating to see that we are the cause of all our suffering. This is a great step into personal accountability. And the ultimate power that we ourselves are creator of this moment,, next moment, and next, and next.

Waves rise from ocean and hit the shore. At no point are waves separate from the ocean. There cannot be an individuality separate from the totality. The process of awakening is you having greater and greater access to the infinite value with yourself. #SattvaYoga #AnandMehrotra
