Thanks for your question! Your question is basically revolved around YT-sUSDat's watermark mechanism during $STRC depeg. In the current setup, if sUSDat stays below the watermark until expiry date (Aug 27), YT-sUSDat's yield is "permanently lost" once the current market expires. However, we are aware of this scenario - and we are working to find ways to circumvent this. Stay tuned!

Hi! I have a question about the sUSDat negative yield / watermark mechanism. Suppose sUSDat stays below the watermark until the current Pendle market expires (Aug 27), and then recovers above the watermark after expiry. If I roll my position into the next Pendle maturity, will the previously paused YT yield eventually be recovered, or is that yield permanently lost once the current market expires? In other words, does the watermark mechanism continue across different maturities, or is it reset for each new Pendle market? Thanks!

8) The downside? Below breakeven, PT redeems into sUSDat at the prevailing rate. An unrealized drawdown, not a forced exit. Because redemption is in sUSDat, the Aug 27 maturity closes the PT wrapper, not the position. What ends at maturity is the fixed discount component. What continues, for as long as the token is held, is exposure to STRC's market price, which may gradually return to par.

Since the 6/29 @Strategy announcement, $STRC went from $75 → $90. What changed? ▶️11.5% -> 12% dividend; ▶️$2.55B reserve dedicated to paying it; ▶️$1B buyback with STRC first in line. @saturn_credit was there through the drawdown, and now into whatever comes next.
