@moneywcontext @Pirat_Nation Maybe the other companies should've been building locally too. They've always had that option.
English

@Pirat_Nation Virtually no consumer routers are made in the US... including those sold by US companies.
The one main exception?
Starlink, made in Texas by SpaceX.
Very interesting how national security policy keeps landing on Elon's doorstep like a gift basket...

@DocTesla83 @mandiemw @SawyerMerritt @Tesla @danWpriestley The only way you're going to get truckers to adopt it in any meaningful way is if it can haul the max gross weight for at least 3,000 miles on single charge with a several year old battery.
They can run around 2,000 miles now with full diesel tanks. Better in every way or no deal
English

@mandiemw @SawyerMerritt @Tesla @danWpriestley Any red blooded American trucker who owns their own rig will absolutely want it.
The rest will drive what their boss tells them to drive.
English

Here is Jay Leno driving the new redesigned @Tesla Semi. He is the first person outside of Tesla to drive it.
@danWpriestley: "This truck from an energy standpoint is 50% cheaper to run here in California. Across the US, we're 20% cheaper on a per mile basis, and that's inclusive of everything, not just energy, whether that's reduced maintenance, fuel."

@MarbleThumbs @BeskInfinity It still seems immersive because you typically don't want to be looking around while sprinting at full speed.
English

@BeskInfinity Only issue I have with X being the run button is you have to do the claw if you want to use the camera at the same time.

@Mike_M_Klotz A good platform for the Hurricane if they can fix the problems holding it back.

Pre-recession Chrysler was pre-merger Chrysler.
And pre-merger Chrysler was pumping out class leading vehicles and swimming in cash.
ib@Indian_Bronson
Pre-recession America was so rich and so confident Chrysler said “let’s make this and sell it to people” *and people bought them* until the early 2000s
English

@hydeehoe @indi_hartwell I know a guy who was thrown 100' from his truck because he didn't wear one.
Choose your battles. You're better off staying inside a vehicle and figuring out the rest after the chaos stops.
English

@indi_hartwell People have been trapped in cars and died because they were wearing them
English

I truly don’t understand why you wouldn’t wear a seatbelt
Rodrigo Barcia@RodBarcia
A los dueños de las empresas que venden esto, habría que meterlos presos.
English

@uncledoomer My torque spec is whatever tightness my impact can get it to.
English

@XV20_Camry Better not be a CTS-V and a Quadrasteer Sierra Denali.
English

@carburehater @humbleblazer Which is why I only run the 91 or 93 and if I have to run something lower for some reason, I'm going to limit my car to 4k rpm and half throttle.
English

@humbleblazer Most modern cars can just pull the fuck out of the timing to stop knock but that leads to other problems
English

Them nggas part of the reason I refuse to be a mechanic ever again. Mfs be having 3 pumps full of 87 and wondering why they shit got a hole in the side of the motor next week.
Mogul And They Know That@waymoflydenu
And don’t think ion see y’all boys putting $20 worth of 87 in them Hellcats
English

@Mike_M_Klotz I always felt they were way too expensive for what they are.

@Triaged2 @RobProvince @David1276615190 They've both been a great help. The 1/4" is one I bring out for every job. Lately I've been running into fasteners it can't quite remove, and that's when I have to replace it with the big one, until they finally release the new 3/8" impact.
English

@SauerSteve @RobProvince @David1276615190 Nice impact. I got the same one when my m12 struggled with 14ft-lb lug nuts.
English

Pads and disks is like a 30 minute job tops.
BlabberingCollector@BlabberingC
I need to replace my break pads and rotors. Mechanic 1 quote: 1.2k Mechanic 2 quote: 1k. Whyyyyyyy . Literally me this morning.
English

@David1276615190 @RobProvince Apparently it has parts from Mercedes and BMW in it.
English

@David1276615190 @RobProvince Swapped from the factory. Just changing the clutch and flywheel.
English

@SauerSteve @RobProvince so a ls/t56 swapped into something would be my guess

@spectrumarvel His girlfriend knew she was dating Spider Man, and his best friend knew he was friends with Spider Man.
