Higher levels of strength, speed and conditioning are the things that will set you apart from people of similar or higher skill in your sport. 112kg, strong, conditioned and more explosive than you'd think. If that sounds appealing, I can help.

I'm not a 'transformation coach'. I don't market myself as that. But strength transforms people. +30kg bodyweight, Strength at all time highs, Still dunking Basketballs. Through big compounds, consistency, and high effort. DM me if you'd like to work with me one to one.

The Smith Machine gets a bad rap, but it has it's uses. This is one of them. More loadable than a Medball and generally better as a speed and power stimulus than traditional 'Speed Work' because of the constantly ascending velocity profile.

177.5kg Squat and a new PB. About double bodyweight with no belt, no sleeves and seemingly... No shoes. Wil does a lot of cycling and a bigger squat and the quads that go with it will only assist him. I have space to work with you one to one if getting stronger is a priority.

Forget about the flexibility and the cheaper price tag... The main benefit of Online Coaching is that you have the opportunity to seek out a coach thats truly the right fit for you. And you're not just stuck with whoever the first PT in front of you at the gym you attend is.

I just love the swagger at the end. Oli is as humble and unassuming as they come outside of competition, But confidence often comes when you're well coached and good at something. Whether you compete or not, I have space for new clients.

Most people kick the bar forward as they initiate the strict press, An error that will limit how much weight you can move. Keeping the bar over the shoulder joint will help reduce that error by encouraging the head to move out of the way of the bar, rather than the opposite.

87.5kg overhead is pretty elite in Natural Strongwoman, 90kg is even more elite. Olivias elite consistency with the movement took her here! I have space to work with you one to one if getting stronger and moving better is your goal, If you're willing to be consistent.

On social media most coaches become: 'The powerlifting guy' 'The fat loss coach' 'The athletic performance expert' Because specialising is easier to market, And it's easy repeating the same system. But repeating the same system is not individualisation.

DB is a high skilled movement and if you want to build your DB, frequency at moderately heavy loads is going to be your best friend. But if you want to add a welcome 3rd wheel to the dynamic, picking the right accessory to treat your biggest weakness runs pretty close.

Lots of rep practice for UKs Natural Strongest lead to this PB in the week post competition for Jonny. Not bad considering training it towards a max wasn't the focus in the training cycle.

If you consistently push physical performance, occasional issues are normal and part of the game. So if you’re the type of person that never picks up niggles or the odd injury, it’s highly likely you’re just not training hard enough.

70kg and a new 1RM Snatch for Damien! Consistency in the Olympic lifts is paramount and outside of showing up session after session, the best way to create consistency is to improve your theoretical knowledge of the lifts so you know what you're looking for.

I kind of wrote this tongue in cheek, but it's hard to get by the fact that... 1. More exposure to the position is the best way to improve your Front Rack. 2. Whatever you do to improve ROM, it's probably worth locking in the new range by actually loading it in situ.

Does elbow position in the Front Rack confuse you? Then imagine a clock face… 3 O’Clock = Front Squat 4 O’Clock = Jerk 5 O’Clock = Strict Press / Push Press

155kg Front Squat and a smidge off double bodyweight for Jack! This type of strength doesn't develop over night, but Jacks been with me about as long term as it gets. Coming up to 6 years now, how's that for an endorsement!
