The 20 minute video showing a GRPD officer fatally shoot Patrick Lyoya has officially been released by GRPD and city officials. Chief Winstrom said he is not naming the officer who shot and killed Lyoya because he hasn’t been charged and he doesn’t name suspects. @FOX17
