क्या आपने भी वन संरक्षण का संकल्प लिया है?

साथ ही पेड़ों को काटने की अनुमति तभी देती है जब पेड़ काट कर चाय, काफी, मसाले, रबड़, पाम, तेलीय पौधे, उद्धान, औषधीय खेती करना हो। अर्थात वन अधिनियम की धारा 2 हीरों के लिए पेड़ काटने का निषेध करती है। जिसके पालन को माननीय ngt ने शासन को कहा है @JhakkasKhabar @abhiandniyu

Ngt के कल के अंतरिम आदेश में सबसे महत्वपूर्ण बात यह है कि mp फॉरेस्ट अधिकारियों को वन संरक्षण अधिनियम की धारा 2 का पालन करने के निर्देश दिये हैं। वन अधिनियम की धारा 2 जंगल की जमीन को किसी भी व्यक्ति/कंपनी को देने व हक अंतरित करने को मना करती है। @dhruv_rathee @abhiandniyu
