@SaveMart you need to maintenance your freezers at the maxx value on paradise road. I don't appreciate buying food that has been thawed and refrozen. The food i got is rotten due to your lack of care and maintenance at this store. Lazy employees everywhere in that store.

TFW you buy Drumsticks from @NestleUSA at @SaveMart in Davis, CA and the box is fine, but three out of the four ice-cream delicacies contained within the packaging are smushed beyond managing. Mom was #displeased, and I'll have to go out in the sun a mile on my bike to buy more?

@SaveMart is the absolute worst customer service EVER. Their rewards system was down 2 weeks so I tweeted. They asked me to call so they can take care of it but NO they did nothing, blamed me for not keeping receipts. Joke

@SaveMart for 2 weeks now the local savemart rewards system has been down. I've now lost out on about 1000 pts. With the prices so high on everything that $10 off comes in handy. Really hope it gets fixed soon. Lemoore CA

Hey @savemart the digital coupons you offer often don’t work at the register after Being clipped in your ap & Its really really frustrating that the clerk often just shrugs and offers no solution to give the customer the coupon price when it’s your ap that is not working.

@SaveMart out here with my voucher because your store manager Mark M harassed me. Wouldn’t let me shop and make my purchase at Food Maxx one of the stores you all distribute for. Called the cops on me. Where is Mark? No where to be scene.

@SaveMart so I took your survey within the 3days per instructions on receipt came back 15 days later to use it for my 5%discount&checker refused! Said it expired-It clearly states take the survey within 3days not shop again within three days, stop scamming your customers!!!

@SaveMart always a gamble buying produce at store #622 in East Sac. But also now dairy too? @kcranews any idea how to hold our local groceries stores accountable? Prices increase and yet quality of the food when we get it home is often questionable.
