சென்னை, சவீதா மருத்துவம் மற்றும் தொழில்நுட்ப அறிவியல் நிறுவனத்தில் நடைபெற்ற #அரசியலமைப்புதின விழாவில் பேசிய ஆளுநர் ரவி அவர்கள், நமது அரசியல் சாசனம் நாட்டின் உச்சபட்ச சட்டம் மட்டுமின்றி, பாரதத்தின் சுதந்திரத்திற்காக லட்சக்கணக்கான தியாகிகளின் கனவுகளால் ஈர்க்கப்பட்ட நமது அரசியலமைப்பின் நிறுவன தந்தைகள் கனவு கண்ட சுதந்திர இந்தியாவின் தொலைநோக்குப் பார்வையை அழகாக விளக்குகிறது. எனவே அரசியலமைப்பு என்பது பாரதத்தின் ஒவ்வோர் குடிமகனின் உணர்விலும் உத்வேகத்திலும் இருக்க வேண்டும். துரதிருஷ்டவசமாக சுதந்திரத்திற்குப் பிறகு, அதைப் பற்றி வெகுஜன விழிப்புணர்வை ஏற்படுத்துவதற்கு உரிய முயற்சிகள் எடுக்கப்படாமல் சட்ட வல்லுநர்கள் இடம்பெற்ற களத்துக்கு உள்பட்ட ஒன்றாக மட்டுப்படுத்தப்பட்டது என்றார். தொலைநோக்கு பார்வை கொண்ட #பிரதமர்மோடியின் சிந்தனையில் உருவான அரசியல் சாசன தினம், அனைத்து குடிமக்களுக்கும் குறிப்பாக இளைஞர்களுக்கு அதைப் பற்றி எடுத்துச் செல்லவும், அதன் உணர்வை உள்வாங்கி, 2047-க்குள் #வளர்ச்சியடைந்தபாரதத்தை கட்டியெழுப்பவும் தங்களின் சிறந்த பங்களிப்பை வழங்குவதற்கான 'நீண்டகாலமாக தாமதமாகிப் திருத்தச் செயலாகும் ' என்பதை ஆளுநர் விளக்கினார். கடந்த காலங்களில் சில காரணத்தால் நாம் எப்படி சுதந்திரத்தை இழந்தோம் என பாபா சாகேப் அம்பேத்கர் கொண்டிருந்த அச்சங்களை நினைவுகூர்ந்து. தேச விரோத சக்திகளுடன் சில சுயநலவாதிகள் எவ்வாறு கூட்டு சேர்ந்தனர் என்பது குறித்தும் இளைஞர்கள் விழிப்புடன் இருக்க வேண்டும் என ஆளுநர் வலியுறுத்தினார். அப்படிப்பட்டவர்கள் இன்று போலியான மற்றும் பொய்யான கதைகளைப் பரப்புவதன் மூலம் அராஜகத்தை உருவாக்க விரும்புகின்றனர் என்றும் அரசியலமைப்பு மற்றும் அதன் நிறுவன அமைப்புகள் மீதும் மக்களின் நம்பிக்கையை குலைக்க முயற்சிக்கின்றனர் என்று அவர் கூறினார். படைப்பாற்றல் கலை வடிவங்கள் மற்றும் இலக்கியங்கள் மூலம் அரசியல் நிர்ணய சபை விவாதங்களை மக்களிடம் கொண்டு செல்ல கலைஞர்களையும் எழுத்தாளர்களையும் அவர் வலியுறுத்தினார்.

At the #ConstitutionDay celebration event at Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences, Chennai, Governor Ravi elaborated how our Constitution is not only the supreme law of the land but also beautifully articulates the vision of an independent India as dreamt by our founding fathers who were inspired by the dreams millions of martyrs for the independence of Bharat. Hence the Constitution should be in the consciousness of and the inspiration for every citizen of Bharat. Unfortunately after independence due efforts were not taken for creating mass awareness about it and it got confined largely to the domain of legal experts. Governor explained how the Constitution Day, envisioned by the visionary #PMModi is a long overdue course correction to take it to all the citizens specially the youth so that they internalize its spirit and contribute their best building a #ViksitBharat by 2047. Governor urged the youths to remain vigilant and recalled the apprehensions of Baba Saheb Ambedkar how in the past we lost independence due to some of our selfish people who collaborated with enemies of the nation. Such people today want to create anarchy by spreading fake and false stories and trying to undermine people’s confidence in the constitution and constitutional institutions. He also urged the artists and writers to take the Constituent Assembly debates to the masses through creative art forms and literature.
