I don’t want to be that guy, but even if Tromsø accept an offer for Jens Hjertø-Dahl, it’s not guaranteed that he will. He’s previously rejected Beşiktaş, who for context have just signed Leandro Trossard for £15m. I have everything crossed, but it still feels a long shot to me

UPDATE: Cardiff City have made an improved bid worth £7.8m for Tromso midfielder Jens Hjerto-Dahl. It’s understood the offer includes an initial fee of £6.2m, with £1.6m worth of add-ons. #CCFC have remained at the table and been persistent in their negotiations for the 20yo.
