@lloydmogs1927 tbf take away our young players who have never really experienced above league one level without getting relegated before and what do we have? Chambers, Robbo, Fish, Bagan, Ng, Tanner, Osho, Turnbull, Willock..
Half of those will inevitably be decent next season, but only half.

@DarrenOWitcoop Because the 46 games in the league qualifies you to a different competition - the league one playoffs. It’s a different competition. You shouldn’t see it as an extension of league one because it isn’t, you just use league one to qualify for it.

Love to understand the rationale for introducing VAR - a flawed and failed system that nobody wants - for the EFL play offs? Forcing this technology on us again that hasn’t been in use all season and a game for the better without it.

I want Kion to kickstart his career somewhere, but I don’t get why fans are so influenced by the opinions of fans of other clubs. I personally remember Etete having potential and showing it occasionally. Last time he played for us he was 21. The slander is very fabricated.

Leaves you to question again where Kion Etete goes from here. Had a nightmare time with injures, but at 24, is in need desperately of somewhere to cement his place. Imagine City will look to move him on again this summer. #CardiffCity

@Michael46457865 Last season he played with us he was 21/22 and scored 6 goals. You can’t tell me he was worse than - for example - Max Watters.

@Savigma I've been following Cardiff for more than 25 years and he's by far one of the worst strikers I've seen down here.

@henrysaye @roathboy It would also depend on what Wintle means by it. It could’ve theoretically been in his hands with a contract offer, but if in his head the terms / promised game time wasn’t acceptable, then he could think it’s out of his hands as his terms weren’t met etc. Might not be literal.

The narrative that BBM made the bold decision to cut Wintle, is that from a source or just the assumed course of action? It could just as easily be the case that the club were unwilling to meet his demands or he has a better offer elsewhere. Players always say they wanted to stay
