@Alyssandriaaa Whilst it doesn't need to be shot for shot, and I'm glad it's telling a new story in the setting it at least needs to be that, in the setting. If he's writing a love letter to Resident Evil 2 and setting his story during that time zone then at least make the details make sense.

After 50 hours, I’ve finally finished @greedfall, and what a journey it’s been. While it’s rough around the edges, my experience was overwhelmingly positive. It’s a simple, charming RPG with a story, writing, and voice acting that carry it through its shortcomings. It takes a while to get into, but once it kicks off, I couldn’t put it down. For such a small RPG, the story is seamlessly woven throughout. Every NPC, every quest, side quest, they’re all connected. Characters return, remember your actions, and shape your experience. It’s rare to see this level of world-building in a game like this. The romance is barely there—feels tacked on—but the companions are brilliant. Each one has their own story, personality, and skills. They don’t just help you kill things; they interact with each other, with you, and the world around them. They feel real, with flaws and charm that made me care about them. By the end, I was attached to the characters and the world in a way I didn’t expect. I feel empty now, as you do after a great journey. Time to dive into the sequel!
