It might be tiring sometimes but the person that interest me would make me curious about them, and it would become an effortless attempt to get to know them. So, I must say, I can relate to the tiredness but to say how did I ever begin again, it's because I live my life.

If you asked me then I'd say it's the mindset that need to be changed. If you think investing hours of your life for someone seems like a huge mistake just because it didn't end well, you may have forgotten that our end, no matter what we do, is death. Non reversable.
