Greatest of all time!
Came in and completely solved the game. Three leagues and no one had an answer to the football he was playing.
I started coaching around 2011 and he definitely made the game simpler to understand. No more than a numbers game, mastered with control.

@coach_kevin_m 3-3-4 shape but movement very relational. Big tilt on each wing once the ball goes over.
Notice how after the play breaks down the red’s attempt a quick goal kick out to the open space.
I’d go 5-4-1 defensive shape. Open up the half space, trap and then counter

That ball into the pocket should either be;
Made harder with the RM starting narrower.
Or;
Met with the engaging RCB who jumps as the ball is traveling.
With the double up out wide; I’d go for the latter as the solution.

Football aside, and we’ve got a young charismatic guy. Funny and respectful, what I always admired about Kaylen was his manner. He had the ability to make me feel special. If he saw me he would always go out his way to say hello. Each time would mean a lot to me and even more now
