It is just catastrophic. When you are looking at an almost full rebuild, perhaps going right to the more powerful New Glenn upgrade is going to make sense while all this is being replaced.

SpaceX has shown time and time again that they can quickly adapt to solve new challenges and meet the needs of a customer.
They adapted the fairing for Cygnus, added methane for Nova C, quickly designed and built a new dispenser for OneWeb, modified the Cargo Dragon trunk to reboost ISS.
So if there's someone that can quickly accommodate Mk1 is SpaceX

Hearing that Blue Origin’s other New Glenn first stage booster, Never Tell Me The Odds, has been damaged. It was inside the nearby HIF facility.

The bad news is yeah, the entire U.S. space industry has essentially fallen on SpaceX’s shoulders.
The good news is this has happened probably 3 times in the last 10 years and they haven’t ever failed.

The Horizontal Integration Facility is on fire and smoking, this image is not very new but shot with 45 minutes ago. Everything inside the HIF is most definitely not flight worthy anymore because of the acoustics from the explosion. Thank you @spacecoastwest for pointing this out.

Blue Origin doesn't have a launch pad or an operational rocket. I don't think they will be there for Artemis III, unless they can launch Blue Moon on Falcon Heavy.
So, I guess it's up to SpaceX to carry Artemis for a while.

This certainly validates SpaceX's odd decision to build multiple Starship launch sites (Pad 1 rework, 39A, LC-37) in parallel well before Starship is remotely operational. A similar event at Pad 2 might only delay testing by a few months thanks to 39A being nearly complete.

Just an interesting note. The fireball engulfed and set things on fire as far as 400 meters from the pad. Imagine if an equivalent (or, more likely, an even greater) explosion occurred at Starbase. That'd set the entire launch complex on fire and engulf a significant amount of land in the surrounding blast
