If you have to mute replies or block people preemptively, you subconsciously know your opinion/argument is wrong/indefensible. All you did was broadcast how weak your case is to everyone else.

@ChristianHeiens Once the left knew the narrative for these two wasnt getting traction anymore they tossed them to the wayside. Remember YOU were never important. Your martyrdom only matters with the left if its useful as a weapon. Its all performative empathy and fake outrage.

You can give up your own life in service to Leftist causes and Leftists will completely forget about you in three weeks because you’re White. Remember that soldier who set himself on fire for Gaza and then Leftists went on X to tell their followers that they’d “better not celebrate a white man who wore a uniform”? This is an ideology that demands a level of totalizing commitment that rivals Islam, even as it treats its lowest caste members (White men) as borderline subhuman.

Completely forgotten by the left. Achieved nothing and threw their lives away for nothing.

@ThrillaRilla369 I see a meteor burning though the night sky slowly getting dimmer and dimmer. It thinks its slowing to crash into a brilliant impact with the ground leaving its mark on the planet for millennia to come when instead it has burnt out and is snuffed out leaving nothing behind.

@KDimitratos Do you have any idea how many women go on "dates" these days with no intention whatsoever of it turing into a relationship. Grazing dates is one of the names ive heard them called. The idea is to use the guy as a walking wallet to go eat out at expensive restaurants.

@Area224 HR: Hey we are making a new listing for a permanent position we would like your input on. Me: [reviews position] oh hey, this is my job. [Butterflies, happiness, odd way to tell me im joining permanently] HR: Oh no....you arent qualified. Hired a black lady who defrauded them.

The stories I can tell about the damage that HR departments have done to the modern workplace... I've seen candidacies slow-walked because the absolute leader in the clubhouse after two rounds of interviews — by a LARGE margin — was a White woman with her crap together; the reality was that the org wanted to negotiate with the department to ensure that ALL the hires couldn't be White women. "We need to be intentional about diversity." (Preferred candidate bolted for another company.) I've seen people try to jockey for the hiring of a visible minority — with less experience, less of a pedigree, even one-fewer degree in the field — over a person who APPEARED to be just another White person; Reality here was that the better candidate was ALSO a minority, but..."didn't look it." And yes, I've seen preferred candidates of a certain status promoted multiple times in a two-year period into roles that they were ill-suited for. HR called the shots.

@hispanicnomad The "culture fit" check always felt wrong having the HR person check it. Seriously, almost anyone who ever worked in an office or team dynamic setting where was HR? Did they hang out with you? Do they "know the team" well enough to know if others will fit in? Fat chance.

This is the best representation of HR I've ever seen. It's crystal clear, right there If you watch this video, it might seem like innocent fun at first. They're just doing a little dance, messing around with the girlies, right? Because that's not a caricature. That's the gatekeeper for your next job That's the person who decided whether you got a callback after an interview I remember applying to jobs when I was young. Fresh out of university, motivated, and willing to work. This was before I hated the corporate life And 99% of the time my CV went straight into a black hole. I never got responses or reasons; it was just discarded by some algorithm, or by someone who couldn't tell the difference between a junior developer and a junior marketing assistant When I finally had actual skills (when I became a web developer and had something real to offer), I thought it would get easier... And it didn't Instead I had to jump through hoop after hoop just to reach a human being who actually understood what I did: - Personality assessments - Group dynamics exercises - Three rounds of interviews with people who'd never written a line of code in their lives, asking me where I saw myself in five years - You want to talk to the CTO for twenty minutes? First sit through forty-five minutes with someone whose job is to make sure you're "a culture fit" A culture fit, FFS For a lot of men I know, starting their own business wasn't some romantic entrepreneurial dream. It wasn't a vision board. It wasn't a podcast-worthy origin story It was the only door that didn't have a bouncer in front of it The system didn't want us... So we stopped asking for permission
