本当に日本と海外での企業と顧客の対立に驚かされた。
日本では企業と顧客はお互い信頼関係を築く事が非常に重要で、そうしないと企業は発展しないんだ。
顧客満足度を重視する傾向や、企業倫理がとても強いんだよ。
90年代-00年代はに少し欧米的になったけど、それでも海外より関係は悪くないよ。

Something worth pointing out is the the major Japanese corporations you know by name are generally speaking, relatively decent, especially to Japan. Sony & Nintendo despite their flaws, are far more ethical companies than the likes of their western counterparts.

@KinaTheFox2 to be real, 50/50 is a scam. Most gacha (from FGO to UMA) have a 50% chance your 3star/5star/SSR is the rate up.
The only actual benefit to the "50/50" system is it guarantees on the second. But in exchange you get sub 1% chance to pull outside 70~90 pull range.

This is why streams can freeze or hickup if your internet isn't stable: because it hasn't downloaded the next part yet. Youtube shows this with the play bar's unplayed part going from black to dark grey as it downloads.

@PhantomZero99 If an english official version gets announced fan translations tend to stop ongoing projects too.
Fan translations are also released as just patches to apply to the game, on their own they aren't a playable game.
I've never seen one actively promote piracy.

To be clear, most VN fan translators operate under this same mentality. The goal has never been to encourage piracy, but to make these games more accessible *while still supporting the people who made them in the first place*.

It’s worth noting that 07th Expansion liked the Witch Hunt guys because they told everyone “try and buy a JP copy then add our patch to it, wink, wink, nudge, nudge” Rather than just directing people to a download like other fan translators did

Instead of raising my children on zog fuel mindcontrol, they will not be able to using the internet until they are 16 and they will spend their childhood watching slice of moe. I will mandate a watching of Gochiusa, K-On, Kinmoza, Lucky Star etc through their childhood.

Even if ratio, archer and DHIL were free, getting them to E1 isn't "free", you have to pull a dupe. You can argue over free units but the entire "cost" system is how many limited objects [exist] not actual pull cost as pulling a unit can take 10 to 180 rolls.

"wah limited cost" its something you could get for free. "wah opportunity cost, wah my login" you could've gotten it for free. Remind me when we got a free ddd?
