The thing is AlNassr WANTS to count those goals, the initial mention of Ronaldo's goals that year came off a retweet of Nassrs X post. Fifa doesn't dictate official club goals, they follow what the club reports. They only have jurisdiction over international. The real fact is UAFA doesn't fall under Fifa's definition of an official organizer. For example UAFA Organized arab cup for 20 years I believe and the first official edition was the one when Fifa took over it in 2021. No win before the acquisition is recognized. Barcelona doesn't count Gamper, Nassr wants to count the trophy (of course).
