Watching @StevenBartlett talk about the MIT paper on AI thinking made me uncomfortable. Not because he was wrong, but because I was a victim. I’d love to hook you with something fancy, but if you now struggle with focus and need a “pause” layer before you prompt: Check pause.do and get a license
