Back recovery persuit bug
I discovered a couple years ago that back recovery doesn't actually guarantee the defender to be a certain distance away.
This allows the attacker (Bison in this case) to get enhanced oki by doing a framekill into dash (or possibly another forward movement option), timed exactly with the get-up animation.

Kobe Bryant not because he isn't great. He is great like top 10ish great but he sometimes gets put into that Michael-Lebron-Kareem debate and he doesn't belong there imo
