This weekend, I joined my best mate Fi to walk the Yorkshire Three Peaks, just a year after her cancer diagnosis. She’s beaten it, and now we’re raising funds for a cold cap. Watching her summit that third peak after all she’s faced; I’ve never been prouder.

Genuinely inspired by this young man. He will go far. Thoroughly enjoyed being part of the journey!

Took the pizza oven to school to trial the pizza cutters Y10 made. I think the project went down well with them 🍕

Year 8 Faraday design challenge was a success! Probably some of the best results we’ve seen this year! Well done to Will, Peter, Aryana, Delilah and Bolo who were the winning team!

It was a pleasure to celebrate with the Y11 at their prom yesterday after their exams finished. Here is one of my GCSE groups on their last day of school. Good luck for results day!

I’ve been really impressed with year 8s creations this term. They were given a length of timber and challenged to make something that incorporated finger joints. We’ve had small shelves, medal holders and bottle holders to name a few!

Students as the teachers today, as the year 9 go about making their metal sports trophies 🛠️

Year 7 have been making their own “travel” version of a themed bagatelle board, and here are their results!

Today we had our year 9 STEM day, and it was a win for Team 5!
