I haven’t been doing at all well mentally since the start of the year so i finally decided to do something about it and went into the Arsenal hub after the match yesterday to talk to a professional. It was really helpful and they’ve put a plan in place for my recovery 🤍

@clivepafc Interested in view on this Clive. He is a second striker and takes up positions very similar Nwaneri. One slightly more a midfielder & Kroupi slightly more a ST but I am sure you know Ethan played a lot as a false 9 at youth level selling 35 and spending 65+ make sense?

@paddypower Haaland if it ended now with a City PL win. He’s judged by different standards to the rest of the league.

Okay we weren’t gonna do the Director of Football pod until after the season but we all need a direction so you’re getting a first DoF pod with @clivepafc this week on Wednesday.

@LehmannsTerms_ Well that says it all, doesn't it? You don't even listen to the podcast but you're losing your head over bitesize social clips that show about 1% of the actual episodes. God you're a loser. I'm so disappointed in myself to even give you the time of day.

@LehmannsTerms_ What is wrong with you, Clive is the best of us. He represents himself, the club and the fans with class, humanity and warmth. We’re very fortunate that he shares his experiences and the way he sees the game. Seriously take a look at yourself in the mirror, calling people nonces.

@rpwbrowne don't think they really have, though. Their wage bill is still only the fourth or fifth highest, in fairness.

Despite City being perennial winners, and so much surrounding the club from the ownership to the investigation - the club insist on their innocence - there is a far greater will for Arsenal to lose A piece on why... and how this isn't new independent.co.uk/sport/football…

A question for my followers… Who’s the most trusted Twitter account in relation to your club in terms of opinions and takes? It doesn’t matter which club you follow, I’m simply looking to put together a list of trusted commenters from every club I can. Cheers.

This photo of Earth is EXTRA spectacular for a good reason... let me explain. Most images you see of Earth from space are the daylight side of the Earth, and it's obviously very bright (see my last image), this means stars are too dim to be seen with that bright exposure setting (low ISO, high shutter and / or stopped down aperture). BUT this image taken by the Orion crew looks so incredible because you can see the sun is BEHIND the earth, meaning it's night time on the side of the earth facing the crew in this image. So how do you expose a night time earth from space? Same way you do on Earth! A mixture of opening up the aperture (F4 in this case), cranking the ISO (51,200 here), and using a relatively long exposure (1/4 of a second). We can see the settings used by looking at the exif data from the camera. What this means is our camera is also sensitive enough to see stars in the background of Earth, leading to an extraordinary image!!! GREAT WORK!!! These are the kind of images I've been so excited to see!

We see our home planet as a whole, lit up in spectacular blues and browns. A green aurora even lights up the atmosphere. That's us, together, watching as our astronauts make their journey to the Moon.

@KieranMaguire Thanks Kieran, given the sensitive nature, I have little need to know any more, I just assumed clubs would insure their players as ‘assets’. Appreciate the work you do, always very interesting for us business minded folk who follow football closely.

I don’t think Arsenal have totally got to grips with the numbers they have in their squad but this is a great example of competition for places. Calafiori was one of the best players of the first half of the season but Hincapie has taken his shirt by raising the level.

@timstillman_ Bloody brilliant to have both options, let’s hope they can both stay fit as there’s plenty of games and game states that will need them both!! 💪

@timstillman_ Hincapie has been excellent and perhaps just what we’ve needed at this part of the season, but Calafiori when fit and in form earlier in the season was exemplary. Full fit I’d take Ricky, he just brings so much to the way we attack and was so much better defensively this season.

Just an observation : I don't see the point of a high performance EV. For me the tech is there to make driving easier and over time cheaper. Sticking a battery in a car that churns out 1000bhp and lasts 20minutes which can't handle as well as a MX5 is a total waste of time.

@luongas @stanleygraps His results were utterly legendary. Very few in history have built legs like his, even into the modern era and he still has remarkably good health and function to this day compared to other bodybuilders.

@Bigmanjrr @SkySports @GNev2 @Carra23 This approach also funnels people away from their coverage towards firestick and VPN coverage. Their disingenuous narratives and lack of real analysis will drive more and more people to alternative coverage and informed specialist discussion.

You need to wake up to the reality of @SkySports football commentary They direct their pundits to be biased, to make social media clips, to get people to react @GNev2 and @Carra23 are brilliant at the job Sky Sports tells them to do And it all makes Sky Sports money
