As part of @HeritageWeek 2025, a wonderful event was held in Ballinamore Library on August 19th. ‘Voices from the factory floor’ as part of the @ScealC Project made a call for former lady factory workers to take part and share their memories and experiences @leitrimcoco

I am currently researching and writing a book on the women of Ennis Cumann na mBan which will focus on their lives before, during and after the revolutionary period. I would love to talk to the relatives of these women to bring their stories out of the shadows....
