Here’s one of my football class of 23 players, @SchenkEvan, finishing his workout with a SOLID set of 325 for 4 reps. Pound for pound a beast! Don’t sleep on this kid!!

Today was a day of gains for our Freshmen. @SchenkEvan has been stuck at 175# for a bit but made a solid push for 2 weeks to get over the hump. In season gains are tough but he made a 10 pound gain for a 185# max. Congrats!! @margritzmuscle
