Well, they have extended through tomorrow. Still messed up as of now, though. Good luck getting it back online soon, @theAGU geeks. Frustrating enough that it actually drove me today back to The Little Blue Bird currently known by another name.

Hi friends. I haven’t gone on this cesspool in quite a while. In other Elon Musk news, his latest rocket just blew up. SpaceX called it a “rapid, unscheduled disassembly”. That’s some next-level bs. To call that a euphemism doesn’t even come close.

👀Sneak preview! In the final construction facility at Thecla Bodewes Shipyards in Harlingen builders are hard at work on finishing the RV Wim Wolff. With sometimes 30 people working at the same time, a clear and detailed schedule to guide the process comes in handy! @NWONieuws

After RT crossing the Drake about 20 times, my assessment for pax is that it is the FEAR of the crossing that is far greater than the crossing experience itself. It's a GREAT ride!

@Revkin @DareCountyGovt I'm certainly not one to ever quote scripture, but Matthew's got it right here: "...a foolish man who built his house on sand. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell with a great crash."

Key point👉@DareCountyGovt's Danny Couch "sympathizes with homeowners. But..points out..people have continued to buy & sell homes along this stretch in recent years. 'If you’re going to buy on the oceanfront, that’s a roll of the dice...It always has been and always will be.'”

1) A thread: Last spring, this video of a home collapsing into the ocean in Rodanthe, N.C., went viral. It was the third to fall in a brief period. It got me wondering how folks in that part of the Outer Banks are facing rapid erosion. So I went to see. washingtonpost.com/climate-enviro…

Did you know that some fossils are also considered gemstones? For National Jewel Day, let's check out one of the most famous gem fossils: Ammolite. This iridescent opal-like gemstone is made of the fossilized shells of ammonites.
