The programme, organised with the Institute for Security Studies (ISS) through the ENACT project alongside @INTERPOL_HQ , the Government of Angola, and the European Union, brought together officers from 14 Southern African countries. Paolo delivered the 𝐎𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐓 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 course as well as the 𝐎𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐓: 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐢𝐝𝐝𝐥𝐞 𝐄𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐭 course to investigate extremist ecosystems and financing networks, with a focus on structured analytical approaches. The programme also covered regional security dynamics in Mozambique and risks in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
