@RevRichardColes It's also much quieter, which is a considerable benefit in my book.

@thedigbysart I added this to the cold water pipes under the washbasin, leading to a standard hozelock fitting bottom right.

I'm not normally a paint polisher .

@thedigbysart Autoglym: shampoo, polish and then wax. I also have a hose that connects to my domestic water system

It's a windy one out there today, please check all mooring ropes, secure items stored on the roof and be wary of falling trees.

@KaptainKwack Last time I was there, only 1.5m of water in the middle of the river (at the minimum retained level).

The Ham sandbank opposite Eel Pie Island has claimed another victim... big Dutch barge this time. But it's only 20 mins or so till the rising tide will rescue them... time for a cuppa. #thames #Twickenham

What are the chances? On Monday Mike Lynch, tech entrepreneur and founder of Autonomy, one of the UK’s largest tech companies is missing following his yacht capsizing. Stephen Chamberlain, his former VP Finance is hit by a car in Cambridgeshire on Saturday and dies. Both were co-defendants in a recent fraud trial that finished in June and were found not guilty. At the time of his death, Chamberlain was the COO of a cybersecurity company. Coincidence?

@liz_lizanderson @stoughton_p There still aren't. There are two orange lights to mark navigable arches, and three red lights mark closed arches. A flashing white light means a large vessel with limited maneuvering ability is approaching, and has priority.
