If taxpayers can provide a subsidy of more than $10,000 for a multimillionaire to send his child to a heavily unionized public school in Jenks or Bixby, then it’s reasonable for taxpayers to provide $7,500 to a parent in north Tulsa to rescue a child whom the unionized schoolteachers in TPS have utterly failed to educate.
