Education Minister @paulgivan has officially opened new facilities at @SchoolFoley. The project comprises of a multi-purpose sports hall, two mobile classrooms, new school central heating system, resurfacing of the school yard and a new perimeter fence with controlled access. Delighted to attend and speak at the opening of @SchoolFoley’s new multi-use hall and modular classrooms. These facilities will provide a fantastic learning environment and wonderful opportunities for students, and better working conditions for staff. The school is a fundamental part of the Ballymacnab community and is well supported by the local GAA and community groups. This investment and the growth of the school is a testament to the hard work of Principal Mr. McCorry, the staff of the school, its Board of Governors and the whole school community. I wish them all the very best for the future in their new facilities and we look forward to continuing to support our local school estates in the years ahead. I’ll continue working hard to ensure all of our children have access to a first-class education and the best opportunities in life.
