We used our maps and knowledge of the features of a river to make our own rivers in the sand.

We finished off at the play area.

Year 4 had a lovely morning at Stanwick Lakes finding out about the features of the middle course of the River Nene.

Chocolate cake and ice cream for pudding was a big hit.

The children have been doing their chores - serving the meals, setting the tables and sweeping the floor!

Our next activity was outdoor games in the woods.
