@alicekeeler @TomberlinBonnie I am a 12 year veteran teacher on a break before I broke. I am subbing in my county. They pay me 105.00 a day though I have a masters and several certs. This is the same a HS grad with no experience gets paid.

@TomberlinBonnie Agreed, starting with figuring out how to make subbing a job people want to do.

The power of breath is an amazing thing. Just three grounding breaths in through your nose can send a signal to your parasympathetic system and help you calm down. A short lesson that can go a long way in the classroom.
