@BobSmizik At this point I’d take Suwinski over Osuna. At least he can run the bases and play outfield. He’s also got better numbers than Triolo. If LA’s shopping him , it might be a good time to give him another look. Plus it’ll cost a whole lot less than Osuna

@BBGreatMoments Cowboy Bob Patterson. Saw my young daughter crying while we were waiting for autographs after a game. Walked up and said what’s wrong. She said “I’ve never got to meet a real player”. He went to his car, pulled a ball out of his trunk, autographed it then gave her a hug and ball.

@Mikey5Aces I’m not sure what happened to Keller tonight but it almost seemed like either somehow the Rockies were either stealing signs in the 5th and 6th off of Keller or he started tipping his pitches. There’s no other reason to go from a no hitter to getting smoked by every batter.

Mitch Keller gave up 6 runs in 1 inning to a terrible Rockies team,Don Kelly decides to use another bum Indy pitcher in a 2 run game in the 8th and it backfired. They lost 2 of 3 to the awful Giants & will probably lose the series at home to the Rockies.This ain't no playoff team

Paul Skenes won his 6th game tonight. Last year. He won his 6th game on July 27th. He’s on pace to win 20 games. A Pirate hasn’t done that since 1991. Skenes is generational.

By the way, just saw that Colin Holderman has a 1.84 ERA with Cleveland and a 0.75 WHIP. Figures that literally 1 of the worst bullpen pitchers in the majors last season switches teams and is now having a career year. Just another example of a player leaving PGH and excelling.
